A single video can be up to 20 minutes long and up to 2.15 GB. These limits may change over time. If only part of the video matters, trim it first and send that section on its own.

Good, but not perfect. Names and technical terms are where machines slip. That is why every line is editable before you export, and tapping a timestamp plays that exact moment so you can compare.

Both are available. The captions are burned into the picture so they show everywhere without anyone turning subtitles on, and you can also download a standard SRT file for platforms that take subtitle files.

No. Minutes are prepaid use of the app, not credit or currency. They stay on the account they were bought for, have no cash value, and cannot be moved to someone else.

No. Every pack is a one time purchase, nothing renews, and your minutes never expire.
